SERAF focuses on approaches, methods and techniques to effectively prepare, conduct or manage evaluation of projects, programs or policies. It is intended for evaluators, managers, commissioners, analysts, and planners.
The seminar is based on various pedagogical approaches combining theoretical lectures, practical exercises and case studies.
