SEIMAF is an advanced level course. It introduces participants to the approaches, methodologies and tools of a rigorous impact evaluation. It allows participants to understand the concepts and approaches of impact evaluation, mastering methods (Randomized Controlled Trial, double difference, mixed methods, instrumental variables, discontinuity regression, etc.) It introduces them to the software and statistical and econometric tools most used to design, conduct, and manage impact assessment processes.
